Everyone these days is talking about AI.

We talk about how efficient it makes us—
how much data it can process.

We talk about how it will replace jobs—
or change the face of the workforce.

And all of that is true.

But what we don’t talk about is this:

In addition to managing people,
we now have to manage invisible ones.

No. You don’t need to go to Claude.

You just need this done correctly, once.

And I can do that.
